Job Description

VCS is looking for Customer Service Representative at Indianapolis, IN. Earn Gift Cards up to $250 every Month

- Pay Rate: $26.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Attendance/Performance Appreciation: Up to $250/Month as Gift Cards (Non- Taxable)

- Weekly Schedule (how many hours/days): 40 hours

- Shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm or 8:00am - 5:00pm

Start Date: Upon completion of HR Clearances
End date: 11/30/2024 (extendable)

Job Details:
Responds to customer issues that require product knowledge. Interprets questions/requests and ensures proper resolution. May initiate customer contact to proactively identify and address customer needs. Monitors the resolution process to ensure other departments follow through on requests.

- Experience with MS Office
- Experience with SAP
- Good Communication Skills
- Education - Degree not required
- 1-2 years work experience preferred
