Direct Care Staff

This is a 24/7 Residential Treatment Facility housing 13- 17 Year Old males

VARIOUS SHIFTS AVAILABLE

RESPONSIBLITIES:

· Ensures the health, safety and welfare of the Residents.

· Monitors up to but no more than five (5) assigned residents.

· Documents daily progress and significant incidents involving the residents.

· Completes minimum required annual training hours.

· Follows daily schedule as designed by the Administrative Team.

EXPERIENCE:

· Work with diverse populations

· Ability to monitor behaviors and document observations effectively

· Effective usage of computers

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
• Previous experience in caregiving or direct care preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends

Shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Houston, TX 77091: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
