Would you like to work for a small family-owned company in Gastonia? Our client is seeking an experienced customer service coordinator that can multi-task and work with various departments in a manufacturing facility.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Processing orders, including changes to ensure accuracy

• Updating customer records

• Processing payments

• Issuing return authorization for product issues

• Organize shipments, including international shipments and required documentation

• Manage blanket agreements

• Coordinate pricing updates as necessary for customer orders

What is Required:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, proficiency in Outlook, knowledge of Excel, EDI orders, JIT reporting and AS400

• Communicates well with shipping, production, and inspection departments

• Must be an organized individual with a sense of urgency

• Prompt customer follow up

• 1 to 3 years of customer service experience and processing customer orders

• Manufacturing experience helpful

• Experience with shipping, logistics, and coordinating with customers to set up shipments

• Ability to effectively prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to maintain a high volume of e-mails and phone calls
