• Connect with customers and prospects by learning their needs and offering Allstate products where protection is needed.
• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers.
• Cold call, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities.
• Educate prospective and current customers on how to protect their families and assets.
• Provide a positive and honestcustomer experience through customer service work and sales generating.
• Hit your sale goals and earn commision pay.

• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
• Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
• Interested in a sales & service based career.
  
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive/resourceful, & be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive & enthusiastic attitude.
