Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Shipping and Receiving Candidate for a growing Medical Device company in Laguna Hills, CA This is a full-time, evaluation-to-hire, day shift position paying up to $23/hr. Growing company with growth opportunities!

Schedule: M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

DUTIES:
• Prepares orders by processing requests; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards
• Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through ERP system, and also assists in counting physical inventory.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat
• Wear proper safety equipment
• Works efficiently and manages time effectively
• Demonstrates ability to use power tools safely and effectively
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as outlined by Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

2-3 years of warehouse experience preferred
General computer skills and ERP System experience
Able to lift up to 30lbs.
Able to be on your feet and moving for an 8–12 hour shift
Strong manual dexterity
