Overview: This position is responsible for cleaning water and fire damaged commercial and residential properties. The position handles demolition work, structural cleaning, pack ins/pack outs, and assists the Lead Restoration Technician on all water, fire, and smoke damage claims. This position is also expected to be able to set up and monitor the appropriate equipment and length of time needed to complete the project.

General Duties
- Has the ability to travel with the National Team and remain at location throughout the life of the project
- Responds to emergency calls and is available 24/7/365
- Extracts water from flooded structures using commercial extraction equipment; removes water damaged materials
- Assists in determining the most effective way to dry the affected materials
- Performs demolition after fire, water/flood, mold or storm damage
- Removes carpet, carpet pads, drywall and insulation as necessary
- Performs cleaning duties for structural fires utilizing appropriate equipment and products
- Hauls debris from jobsite
- Moves customer contents from work area as needed
- Sets up and monitors equipment
- Tracks the drying process with a proprietary software program
- Takes pictures and documents progress of loss in designated software
- Provides logistical support for the team
- Coordinates with other departments and office staff to complete projects, paperwork, and keep the processes timely for each project
- Assists the office staff, the production management staff, and sales staff as needed
- Demonstrates a positive image of the Company to staff and clients including oral and written communication as well as visual presentation
- Maintains deadlines for content and cleaning projects
- Prepares trucks and equipment for emergencies
- Conducts an assessment of damage at the client’s property and attends to it
- Ensures proper maintenance of vehicles and equipment
- Ensures that all assigned personnel are thoroughly trained in their duties and responsibilities, including safety precautions
- Maintains physical fitness and has no health issues that would interfere with the physical demands and/or conditions with the work environments customary for this type of work
- Follows established safety guidelines and protocols
- Other duties as assigned
