Responsibilities:

• General Liability Litigation department focusing on insurance defense work.
• Independently subpoena, review and summarize discovery responses and medical records completely.
• Schedule, notice, confirm, gather and produce all records related to Independent Medical Examinations.
• Simple motion drafting including motions to compel, sanctions, for extraordinary relief and motions to enforce subpoenas.
• Perform verdict searches, docket searches, social media and background searches.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of paralegal experience with litigation required
• High school degree or equivalent
• Deadline-driven with strong follow-up skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment 
• Detail-oriented and knows how to organize priorities
