Leasing and Marketing Director

Opportunity
CEG is seeking an experienced real estate leasing and marketing candidate with some experience in the residential real estate, commercial real estate, and/or coworking fields. You will have the opportunity to work alongside the firm Principal and management team in developing a well-rounded approach to all aspects of real estate management and development.

This position offers an incredibly unique mix of sales, marketing, and operational components with an upside of increased responsibilities and involvement in each of the respective businesses long-term. This is a full-time, on-site position with occasional after-hours work required. Pay will be competitive and commensurate with relevant experience.

The successful candidate will own four primary responsibilities across the Company’s portfolio:

• Residential Leasing
• Handle all aspects of apartment leasing including listings, showings, new leases, renewals, etc.
• Special Events
• Programming for building tenants that includes professional networking, and social and educational events throughout the year that foster a sense of community.
• Develop a strategy and implement the processes, procedures, and technology that allow the firm to monetize existing amenities such as a conference center, lounge, rooftop, and potential future amenities at a Class-A office property.
• Ongoing networking to secure future partnerships with area businesses, the real estate community, and municipal agencies/organizations alike.
• Coworking Business
• Own all facets of coworking/shared office space including leasing (i.e. listings, tours, new license agreements, existing licensee renewals, etc.), operations, client service, etc.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, brokers and other intermediaries to source new licensees for co-working platform.
• Marketing & Administration
• Independently and proactively manage all digital, social and physical marketing collateral to support the ongoing management and leasing of the company’s commercial, residential, events and co-working businesses.
• Managing marketing partners/outlets to consistently update and deliver marketing materials. First-hand experience utilizing word press, constant contact/mail chimp, photoshop, pdf, etc. (or equivalents) is a plus.
• Reporting to the owner, this individual will have shared responsibility for driving the Company’s business development efforts by conducting outreach and leveraging CRM software to consistently track opportunities and prospective tenant relationships.
• Support ongoing administrative and management office activities including updating property management software, lease administration, comfort is utilizing Microsoft office suite and other facets of running a professional office.
