Advance Services is seeking a Receptionist/HR Administrator with Recruiting experience.

Job Title: Receptionist/ HR Admin
Department: General Administration
Reports To: HR Manager
Shift: Mon - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay: $17.50/ hour
Location:Greeley
Summary: Maintain all front office administration duties, the below does not outline all duties. Additional duties may be assigned .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned .
Front Desk
- Greet and check in all visitors and complete the check in process on The Receptionist, for the following:
- Plant Tours
- Guests for interviews or specific meetings
- Sales
- Deliveries
- Applicants
- Answers phones, screens calls and transfers calls appropriately.
- Updating the bulletin boards in the hallways monthly .
- Sign packages and deliver to appropriate person, as needed, light lifting will be required up to 50 lbs. for packages that are delivered.
- Assists human resources with assigned projects, such as scanning specific paperwork and saving appropriately.
- Projects assigned on an as needed basis.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly, positive demeanor.
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and effectively manage time.
Recruitment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to post open positions on ADP and recruitment sites.
- Review applications - schedule walk-throughs - extend job offers - review drug screens - schedule new hire orientations.

Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, English and Spanish speaking.
Education/Experience:
High School education, or GED equivalent required.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. A good understanding and usage of Microsoft programs will be critical to the success of this position.
Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
