Sales Representative

We are a small, growing, family owned company that is looking for someone who can help us continue to grow our business by closing new customers over the phone and in person.  Many of the services we provide are services our customers and potential clients are required to use.  We are committed to providing an efficient, on-time, professional customer experience.

In this position, you will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.  You will be in the office making calls as well as meeting with potential clients.  You will receive a base salary of $40k, commission, plus quarterly bonuses based on reaching your sales goals.  You will be starting with hot and warm leads.  The average sales rep should make over $75 with base and commission combined.

Required Position Qualifications:

• Be a hard worker.  Sales is not an easy job and requires lots of effort.
• Know how to efficiently and effectively communicate with phone, texting, and emails.
• Proficiency in using the internet and typing.  We use a web based CRM software that is easy to use.
• Be responsible, efficient, organized, and driven to make customers happy.
• The ability to sell our services throughout the states of IN, IL, KY, MI, & WI.
• Be persistent and be able to multitask.
