Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Elite Spectrum ABA (ESABA) provides Verbal Behavior-based ABA Therapy and Speech Therapy services to children on the autism spectrum. We are both center-based and in-home and our daily focus is on improving the lives of our clients. Through consistent training, collaborative measures and our VB-based approach, ESABA’s goal is to improve the lives of our clients and their families while providing an autonomous, science-based, and cooperative culture that values the contribution of each team member on a daily basis.

Under the direction of the Supervising BCBA, the BCBA will be responsible for conducting weekly parent training, weekly supervision of RBTs and clients. The BCBA must be committed to learning and utilizing the clinic’s Verbal Behavior (VB) based approach to ABA. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implement skill acquisitions and implement behavior intervention plans per the individual client’s behaviors. The BCBA will be responsible for a caseload of up to 10 clients with the assistance of a lead therapist. The BCBA will be responsible for overseeing clinical compliance, insurance, and board compliance, opening and closing procedures, and communicating with clinic parents at the start and end of each day.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field
• Valid BCBA® Certified OR actively pursuing the BCBA credential and in process of meeting all requirements to take the exam
• Valid State of Texas BCBA License 
• Minimum of two years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis treatment to children with Autism
• Demonstrated knowledge of ABA treatment techniques and treatment program designs for children of varying skill levels
• Ability to promote an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
