On Site Van Nuys, CA** This position will be working on site at a customer location in Van Nuys, CA with the option for some occasional remote/home office work. Candidates should be located within driving distance for daily commute.

GuideIT is looking for a MEDITECH Client Server Clinical Analyst to join our Healthcare team.
Primary Duties
Provided by an experienced healthcare professional with extensive MEDITECH Client Server experience. This individual will serve as the point-of-contact for their assigned Customer(s) end users including IT staff and management, Physicians and Clinical staff and management and will be responsible for activities such as:
- Act as a Physician Liaison related to providers' use of and in support of the Customer's MEDITECH Client Server Healthcare Information System (HCIS)
- Provide training, scheduled and ad hoc, for providers and other clinical end users
- Document issues and prepare best practice recommendations for remediation
- Monitor, prioritize and report issues and risks
- Complete assigned incidents and project requests
- Assist in creating, updating, and resolving issues with MEDITECH vendor
- Provide mentorship, training, and knowledge transfer to Customer's IT staff
- Work within the constraints of Customer's Information Services Change Control protocol
- Engage other members of Customer's Information Systems team in resolving incidents or completing requests as necessary to maintain a high level of customer service and quality
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Self-motivated healthcare professional with in-depth knowledge of healthcare operations and workflows, with a primary focus on clinical operations and patient care
- Hands on experience with the use of project management tools and methodologies including meeting documents and status reports
- Understanding of MEDITECH applications overall integration and related 3rd Party Vendors
- Prior experience with successful implementation and/or support of the MEDITECH Client Server version clinical applications
- Ability to engage with and provide support to physicians
