These projects often involve coordinating with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to deploy electronic health records (EHR), improve workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance. Meditech Projects require careful planning, data migration, staff training, and ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition and maximize system benefits. Project managers and analysts play key roles in leading these initiatives and ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.
