Job Title: Meditech Clinical Application Analyst - 256902
Position Type: Full Time w/ Benefits
Compensation Range: $80,000 - $95,000 + fantastic FTE benefits
Work Location: Onsite - 4 days / week - Chicago's West Side
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Medix is currently partnering with a local Community Hospital to hire a Clinical Applications Analyst - specifically focused on supporting Lab and Radiology PACS software and System Integrations throughout the health system. Our client is on Meditech Expanse - specifically, this role would be working with integrated Lab Software, Reference Lab Integrations, and Meditech's Radiology and Imaging module (RAD).
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Working in a Meditech EHR environment
  • Working to troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, running workflow meetings with clinical staff, and translating workflow needs into application builds.
  • Supporting a portfolio of 3rd party clinical applications used across the health system - specifically Lab and Radiology PACS.
  • Connecting and supporting in-house lab analyzers
  • Managing reference lab integrations, and dictionary building.
  • Supporting Meditech's Radiology and Imaging module (RAD), helping to troubleshoot issues with enterprise diagnostic workflows, and ultimately supporting clinical quality assurance.
  • Supporting the Radiology Quality Assurance through dictionary building, running weekly radiology alignment meetings, and managing changing PACS systems as radiology vendor groups change.
  • Working alongside the in-house Pharmacy Specialist to provide IT-side support.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be local to Chicago and willing to work onsite
  • Must have prior user-support experience on EHR and 3rd Party Clinical Applications
  • Experienced with Radiology PACS applications
  • Experienced with Laboratory applications
  • Experienced with Pharmacy Rx applications
  • Prefer Meditech EHR experience (Expanse, Client Server, or Magic)
