Litigation Paralegal - Med/Mal

About Us:

At Keating Jones Hughes, PC, we have been helping to shape healthcare and tort law in Oregon for more than 25 years. We defend professionals, hospitals, and public-service entities with a focus on medical and hospital liability. Our Portland defense firm is hard at work, and we are looking to add another full-time, med/mal paralegal to join our existing team of excellent paralegals.

Qualifications:

● 3+ years of experience as a med/mal paralegal at a law firm a must.

● Experience with trial preparation and trials.

● Knowledge of medical terminology.

● Experience in document management, including organizing and managing medical records and related documents, gathering and producing documents for discovery and working with experts.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

● Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time and consistently deliver high quality work.

● Attention to detail and the ability to exercise good judgment.
