Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing support via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate and timely shipment.
- Resolving customer complaints or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.
- Assisting the sales team by providing product information and offering customer support.
- Managing customer databases and updating customer information as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
