What will you be doing

Responsibilities/Key Objectives

• Develop accurate SQL queries to generate and validate reports for software products.
• Work with stakeholders to help design, develop, and continuously maintain dashboards and BI reports.
• Come up with new data quality framework for all data assets accuracy.
• Mentor and train new hire product analyst.
• Play a role as a data and insights advocate and educator across the company.

*Applicants holding a real estate license will need to have their license assigned to one of the company’s brokerages after 30 days of employment.

What we look for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations, Industrial Technology and Operations, or other relevant field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in the position of Data Analyst, Consultant IT, Consultant Intern, or a related position.
• Alternatively, we will accept a Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations, Industrial Technology and Operations, or other relevant field and 2 years of relevant experience in the positions of Data Analyst, Consultant IT, Consultant Intern, or a related position.
• Experience with SQL and relational database, as well as with Tableau, Power BI, Zoho, or other data visualization platforms
• Experience with statistics, mathematics, Machine Learning Algorithms, Tableau, Power BI, Zoho, SQL, Excel, Python, R
• Experience identifying the business problem and data troubleshooting
• Experience with data and report solutions for what matter to measure
• Experience with utilization and creation of data structure to measure business and solution
• Experience working on large-scale and complicated data projects with cross-functional teams.
