Warehouse Shipping Clerk

We are looking for a Warehouse Shipping Clerk to provide general administrative support to Supervisor/Manager. This includes, but is not limited to: performing data entry, preparing packing slips, and completing other supporting documents.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provides general administrative support for the shipping/receiving area.
- Performs stock adjustments in ERP system, including label switch, size switch and sample upgrades.
- Prepares packing slips and supporting documents.
- Enters and receives orders by entering data in the ERP system.
- Monitors and coordinates material transfer between locations, utilizing established procedures and protocol to ensure accuracy and efficiency in material movement.
- Follows/adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s), Standard Safety Practices, and all company policies/procedures.
- Completes other projects and duties as assigned by management.

WORK EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

- 2 years work experience in administrative or office assistant required. Prior warehouse experience a plus!

- Computer Skills (Intermediate level) Working knowledge of ERP system, and proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

- Communication Skills (Oral/Written) - able to speak clearly in order to ensure effective department operations. Bilingual Vietnamese/English is plus, with the ability to read, write and speak English.

- Detail Oriented - Strong detail-orientation pays close attention to detail, accuracy and completeness, double checking their work.

- Honesty/Integrity - follow through with company values and providing exceptional quality products.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma/GED or combination of education and/or experience.
