Position Summary
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data related to production, inventory, quality, and customer orders within the company’s systems. This role supports daily operations by ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and accessible to internal teams. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and update production, inventory, and shipping data into ERP or database systems accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain records of electronic components, materials, and finished goods.
  • Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in generating reports for production, quality control, and logistics teams.
  • Communicate with supervisors or engineers regarding missing or inconsistent data.
  • Support document control by organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of company and customer information.
  • Assist other departments with administrative or clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
