Job Description

The Shipping Regulatory Administrator ensures that products shipped meet all jurisdictional regulations. The role involves accurately preparing shipping notifications, securing necessary regulatory approvals, and maintaining orders through ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping notifications for gaming devices, software, and hardware.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and responses.
• Update and manage systems used for shipping notification processing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to notification letters, system errors, and shipping holds.
• Organize and maintain accurate records and archives of shipping notifications and related documentation.
• Support the Regulatory Compliance team with inquiries and documentation needs.

• Proficient typing skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Programs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Effective communication skills with internal teams and external partners
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with part sales and finished goods operations
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory processes
• Experience with ERP systems and enterprise-level applications such as Oracle, Salesforce & Agile

Work Environment

The role is based in a fast-paced environment that requires effective use of Microsoft Office and other enterprise-level applications. Expect to work collaboratively with various teams and occasionally extend hours or work during weekends. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred, especially in the gaming industry.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
