Summary/Objective
The shipping clerk is responsible for counting, packaging, shipping and storing of. This position reports directly to the warehouse manager.
Essential Functions
  1. Package shipments to customer specifications.
  2. Process jobs within our operating system as well as freight carrier systems
  3. Communicate with internal and external customers on specific jobs

Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses pallet jacks, fork lift, and other warehouse equipment along with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Consistent exposure to manufacturing elements such as odor, noise, dust, heat, cold or chemicals.
Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee will be standing frequently.
