Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a direct hire Client Services Attorney position in Westlake, OH. You will test, implement, and train clients on our suite of products. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, software engineers, product managers, and clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of products.
M-F 1st shift and full benefits.
Salary: $80k-$90k
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementations and provide training to client staff including prosecutors, investigators, police, courts, and government agencies.
- Serve as a software product expert, assessing client requirements for new features and collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze and document development specifications.
- Create test scripts and conduct thorough testing of new applications and features.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and draft charging language for statutes as required.
- Deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients and draft responses to requests for proposals.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with active bar membership, in good standing, in any US state
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the criminal justice system (law enforcement, prosecution, defense, courts)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
