As a Property Management Recruiter, you will provide a superior staffing service experience to both candidates and clients. This position develops new business relationships with prospective customers, manages and grows existing clients by fulfilling the talent needs of customer.   This position focuses on identifying candidates that meet or exceed clients’ individual skillset needs in a temporary and temporary-to-hire capacity. The Property Management Recruiter will make the talent match, coordinate all hiring details, facilitate employee orientations and serves in a supervisory role to every employee on assignment at client locations.

Essential Functions:

  • Market services to prospective customers via cold/warm calls, emails, networking functions, social media, client site visits, candidate marketing, etc.Represent company, foster and generate new business relationships and enhance existing business relationships at association meetings, sponsored events and tradeshows.
  • Onsite client visits.
  • Actively post, source, recruit, interview, background check and identify top talent for employment.
  • Facilitate comprehensive new hire orientations; leasing and Fair Housing seminars.
  • Responsible for input, documentation and tracking of all job orders, communication, notifications, correspondence, feedback, forms and compliance reporting in candidate/payroll management system.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and availability to both internal and external customers.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Work experience: Minimum of two years experience in the property management industry or a similar role providing transferrable business skills. 

Additional Requirements

  • Successful track record in sales; staffing firm experience combined with B2B sales a PLUS!
  •  Polished professional presence.
  • Proven reliability and team player mentality, validated by references.
  • High degree of self-motivation and exemplary time management skills required.
  • Strong work ethic and demonstrated negotiation skills.
