We are a well-established and growing property management company in Albany seeking an experienced Director of Property Management to lead our expanding portfolio of residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across our multi-family residential portfolio
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of property managers, maintenance supervisors, and leasing staff
  • Maintain high occupancy, strong tenant satisfaction, and full regulatory compliance
  • Manage budgeting, financial performance, and vendor relationships
  • Drive operational efficiency and property results
Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive multi-family property management experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with AppFolio (required)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
