 Tier II Help Desk IT Support Technician

LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting for a Tier II IT Support Technician to support our contract at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) in Monterey, CA.

Job Duties

  • The persons in this position provides telephone, or office support services.
  • The duties will include; all Tier 1 duties, advanced OS support, intermediate account support, advanced software support, intermediate hardware support, deploying Mac, Windows and iOS images to devices, VTC Support.
  • Move between various campus facilities as well as some inter-office travel
  • Deskside support as well as proactive activities like maintaining common facilities (conference rooms, classrooms, etc) and documentation including Run Books, Fact Sheets, Knowledge Base articles and other similar communication.

Requirements

  • Educational requirements include an AS/AA Degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university or the equivalent technical experience.
  • Apple Certified Mac Technician.
  • Experience with VTC Equipment
  • Familiarity with Ivanti Management Suite, and Windows imaging.
  • Experience requirements include three years of related experience.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills and a Professional Demeanor.
