Banking Specialist

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payment Processor/Billing Specialist to join our client in Malvern, PA!

This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $18-$20/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:

• Payment processing and reconciliation
• Deposit preparation and reconciliation
• Auditing
• Mail processing
• Assisting with credit balance review
• Refund processing
• Client billing
• Other related duties as assigned

Experience and Skills:

• Previous Financial or Banking experience
• Strong analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task and quickly upskill
• Strong acumen towards accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated aptitude working both independently and within a team
• Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
• Computer proficiency, including strong keyboarding and basic understanding of Windows-based operating systems
• Background Check and Drug Screen required
