Salary: Competitive, based on experience We do private and federal work so pay does vary per job. Federal work follows the Davis Bacon Wage act per state.

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Flat Roof Technician Trainees. No prior experience is necessary; however, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to enter the roofing industry and build a rewarding career.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with tear-off of existing roofing materials from flat roofs.
2. Learn to properly prepare roof surfaces for installation of new materials.
3. Work with experienced technicians to install PVC roofing systems according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
4. Assist with the maintenance and repair of flat roofing systems.
5. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Requirements:

1. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
2. Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
3. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
4. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
6. Prior experience in construction or roofing is beneficial but not required.
