Quality Trusted Commercial is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead field service crews and ensure high quality execution of commercial roof repairs, inspections, and maintenance work. This role combines technical roofing expertise with crew leadership. The Service Foreman is responsible for diagnosing complex roofing issues, directing technicians in the field, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring service work is completed efficiently and professionally.

The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver, field leader, and mentor who takes pride in delivering excellent workmanship while supporting the growth and development of service technicians.

Your Role

  • Lead and supervise service technicians on commercial roofing service calls and repair projects
  • Diagnose complex roof leaks and determine proper repair strategies
  • Direct field crews to ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
  • Perform roof inspections and identify additional repair opportunities
  • Assist in developing repair scopes and supporting service proposals
  • Ensure service calls are documented with photos, notes, and repair summaries
  • Maintain jobsite safety compliance including fall protection, PPE, and hazard identification
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding findings, repairs, and next steps
  • Train and mentor technicians on repair techniques, troubleshooting, and safety practices
  • Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment needed for service work
  • Support the Service Manager in achieving service revenue and productivity goals

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of commercial roofing experience
  • 2+ years leading crews or acting as a lead technician/foreman
  • Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, Modified Bitumen, and Shingles
  • Advanced troubleshooting and leak detection skills
  • Experience directing crews and managing field work execution
  • Strong commitment to jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
  • Ability to document work using photos, reports, or digital tools
  • Strong communication skills with both crews and customers
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to job sites
  • Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions

Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and location.

US Pay Range
$30—$40 USD
