Customer Service Sales Representative

Seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual for Part-Time service/sales representative in insurance agency to support sales goals for agency growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.

Must obtain property/casualty insurance license right away if not already possessed. Must pass background check and possess valid drivers license.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with inquiries, product recommendations, and purchases
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
- Process sales transactions and handle payments
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

- Become proficient in working with various computer programs.

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, insurance background helpful
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
