Job Summary

The Senior IT Project Manager will play an essential role serving as the lead on a broad portfolio of IT projects and deliverables. You will be responsible for providing project management leadership, expertise and guidance, and ensuring teams successfully achieve objectives on time and within budget. The Senior IT Project Manager will have proven project management experience owning strategic, tactical, and cross-functional IT projects and programs within TeleTracking. You will be responsible for scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, monitoring project progress, and communicating to internal stakeholders on project status, risks, and process/project changes. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • In collaboration with key internal stakeholders, forecast financial and resource needs to meet established objectives for project delivery.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering activities and the creation of work breakdown structures to support project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate effectively with key internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure project initiatives and project prioritization are in alignment with IT strategic roadmaps.
  • Drive process improvement in the project delivery lifecycle, working in collaboration with Performance Excellence and key stakeholders to determine the future state which supports improved business processes and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Master Data Management and key stakeholders to drive data improvement in the project delivery lifecycle.
  • Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones, and performance across all projects.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP).
  • Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Certification is a plus.
Experience:
  • 7+ years’ experience leading projects within a technical environment.
  • Proven experience managing concurrent project activities across multiple business lines.
  • Proven experience influencing key internal stakeholders without having the authority to adopt new processes/initiatives.
  • Experience owning project strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to leadership.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Demonstrated success in thinking strategically and executing methodically.
  • Experience with BI tools (PowerBI) is a plus.
  • Experience implementing and/or integrating CRM, ERP, CLM, HCM, BI applications is desired.
  • Experience in the health solutions industry is preferred.
Skills:
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to define the project scope, establish a timeline, coordinate resources, communicate status, aid/perform initial User Acceptance Testing as needed, and manage the delivery of results.
  • The ability to leverage issue tracking and project management tools to plan, drive, track and demonstrate project progress; leveraging tools such as Jira and Miro are a plus.
  • Practical application of program management methodology including PMP/Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework.
  • Adaptability to different PMLC methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid).
  • Cross-functional coordination, project management, and executive presentation skills are essential.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
  • Strong technical background to clearly understand complex business requirements and benefits of assigned projects.
