The Installation Service Tech is responsible for the installation and repair of industrial horizontal motion conveyors. Your objective will be to ensure equipment sold by the company is installed and performs at a high level, keeping the clients happy!

A growing company with plenty of room for vertical movement is looking for qualified Conveyor Installation Technicians to join their motivated teams in Flower Mound, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Vibratory, Horizontal Motion Conveyor and industrial product handling systems learnings.
• Provide support to sales team, including customer site visits to troubleshoot and find solutions.
• Integrate plant production requirements with project installation.
• Prepare daily progress reports while from meetings and punch list” action reports.
• Audit and supervise all lifting and setting of Heat and Control equipment.
• Make “real time” decisions needed to expedite installation.
• Prepare the installation up to I/O checking phase for hand-over to Commissioning.
• Supervise integrated service routings.
• Assist with in house testing, trials, and R&D efforts.

Requirements:

• Associate of Applied Science degree in engineering-related field (Computer-Aided Design and Drafting, Architectural Design). Required
• Must have at least one of the following: USDA custom lathe; USDA food grade approval welding; developing, testing and evaluating new equipment designs. On-Machine Seasoning (OMS) Certificate and Fork Trucking Certificate.
• 3-4+ years of on-the-job experience (anything field/tech related)
• Travel is approximately 35% (Local w/ potential for overnight)

Shift info: M - F 8-4 (35% travel)

Pay: $65,000-$75,000
