UI UX Web Designer

Priority Financial Network is a dynamic, fast-growing, independent Mortgage Bank. We’re searching for a creative, collaborative, and motivated UI/UX Web Designer. UI UX Web Designer Responsibilities Generate interactive development prototypes to enable user testing and executive approval Supporting the overall visual design of products including layout, color, typography, iconography, and photos, and styles Creating innovative design concepts based on an understanding of user needs Developing or utilizing design resources to ensure cohesive product design Collaborate with partners, business analysts, product managers, and marketing support to deliver best-in-class digital products Communicating an estimated effort and completion date, and managing time effectively for upcoming projects Working closely with front-end developers to assist in translating interactive prototypes into functional working front-end code Presenting work thoughtfully and clearly to leadership Responsible for providing adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.

Creative and conceptual thinker who can distill complex ideas into simple concepts for a variety of consumers Ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, intuitiveness, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Design, Computer Science, or Marketing-related degree preferred) 5+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services Must be a team player that can also work independently to develop ideas and concepts Strong understanding of visual design such as typography, page layout, iconography, color palettes, and branding Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail and working knowledge of technologies and software such as InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, HTML, CSS, iOS, Android, Visio Experience creating and utilizing design systems for enterprise-level experiences Strong written and oral communication skills; willingness and ability to present design ideas to peers and leadership
