Who We're Seeking:
- Hunter mentality with a big growth mindset
- Automotive B2B experience with dealership decision makers
- Ambitious, goal-oriented self-starter with a strong network
- Fearless cold-caller and opportunity seeker
- 4-7 years of relevant B2B automotive experience
- Proficient in Microsoft solutions; HubSpot experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive business growth in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, leveraging your existing network for enhanced business opportunities.
- Actively prospect and cold call to identify and secure new partnerships, demonstrating a fearless approach to lead generation.
- Utilize critical thinking to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions for increased sales and satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments for seamless coordination and effective communication.
