Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Certified Bookkeeper/Accountant with expertise in construction accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.

· Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

· Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

· Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and industry standards.

· Collaborate with project managers to track project costs and budgets.

· Assist in the preparation of tax filings and audits.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting, preferably in the construction industry.
