Job Summary
The purpose of the Producer Support Rep, Senior role is to assist the licensing team with tasks that require advance knowledge of the agent licensing process which includes requirements to obtain an agent license, the steps to renew the license and evaluate continuing education requirements.
The Producer Support Rep Senior will be responsible for assisting the Employee Benefits, Retirement Services, Care Solutions, and Individual licensing channels with first time licensing needs for OneAmerica associates.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible to pull, review, and deliver advanced reports as needed for key stakeholders.
- Validate SOP Documentation for accuracy.
- Assist OneAmerica Employee with obtaining their first-time license and renewals.
- Manage agents continuing education hours needed and register for courses and Responsible to track continuing education requirements and notify the licensing employee as needed.
- Report cost associated with Employee licensing per OA channel.
- Assist with adherence checks.
- Support Licensing Team lead as needed and training new licensing associates.
Job Requirements
Required Education and/or Certifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Recommended Education and/or Certifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Required Work Experience
- Must have 3 years of experience working in a customer service and/or data delivery position; Experience in life insurance, licensing or financial industry preferred
- Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Salary Band: 03B
This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
