SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR-
Assist field service dispatch and shop foreman in daily workflow.
Assist service manager as required.
Administration of work order system, supporting documentation and invoicing.
Assist with timecards and gatekeeper for technician time keeping
Assist in parts ordering and parts process backup support for service department
Coordination of field service campaigns, updates.
Customer communication and scheduling support
Order shop supplies, coordinate uniforms and basic shop inventory control.
Sales and new inventory support and coordination.
Assist and promote a safety-based culture at the branch level.
Other duties, as assigned.
