Job Description

AEC is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to spearhead our company's process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, a proven skillset in systems development, and a proven track record of leadership.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Proven track record of implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives.
• Advanced software skills – Microsoft Office, Catia V5, Unigraphics, Pro-E, Solidworks, etc.
• Experience in developing and implementing innovative production systems.
• Management and Maintenance of Programmable Logical Controller (PLC) systems
• Understanding of production setup
• Addressing logistical challenges
• Responsible for coordinating, planning, scheduling, and supervising products throughout their production process or cycle
• Aerospace structural fabrication, tooling, machining, flight hardware, and assembly knowledge

Qualifications and Experience

• 7-10 years of experience in Master Production Scheduler role or similar
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, Yellow Belt) certifications a plus
• Previous experience in Manufacturing and production settings
• Enterprise Resource Planning
• Experience with SAP | ORACLE | EpicCore systems.
• Proven track record of setting up/implementing production systems.
• Addressing Logistical issues
• Working cohesively with operations team
