Medi-Cal Hospital Collector

Description
A large well-known hospital is in need of a Medical Collector. The Medical Collector MUST specifically have experience with Medi-Cal Fee For Service In-Patient collections. As the Medical Collector you will be responsible from collecting on unpaid claims, processing appeals and denials and doing insurance follow-up.
Requirements:

• Medi-Cal Fee For Service
• 3+ years of Hospital Collections
• EPIC is a plus
• Medical terminology
• CTP/HCPS codes
• Knowledge of networks, IPA's, HMO's, PPO's and PCP's and contract affiliations
