Job Description
We are currently seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Our Maintenance Technicians must be willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team environment. Maintenance Technicians may work with any of the following: • Electrical • Plumbing • Carpentry • Drywall • Painting • Appliances
- Perform general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall repair, etc.)
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks
- Diagnose issues and make necessary repair
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must have 2 years of maintenance and/or other related experience.
- Experience with drywall and painting is a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license + clean driving record. (we will check)
- Past experience with property management companies is a plus as we work mainly on vacation rentals on Isle of Palms, Folly Beach, and Mt Pleasant.
