Responsibilities:
- Attend trade shows and technical seminars to stay current with modern technology
- Train other engineers and plant staff
- Determine the method of research for the planning, design development, and testing of equipment
- Carry out electrical design, machine installation, programming, and startup of systems
- Ensure standardization of control systems and components is upheld
- Evaluate existing processes and equipment and recommend modifications
- Propose new programs to keep equipment and processes technologically advanced
- Guide, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals
- Assess processes and communicate with operators to identify critical issues through Gemba and Kaizen activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience with Hardware design focused on power distribution and control design
- AutoCAD Electrical, Vault, and Autodesk experience
- Fanuc robotics software and operation
- Proven experience leading initiatives and team members
Work Model:
- On-Site
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
