Job Summary
Develop new sign cabinet structures, illumination methods, and manufacturing processes to keep Persona ahead of the competition and continue to be the technological leader in the sign industry.
Job Responsibilities
•Develop and/or review customer specifications for proper design and manufacturability.
•Design signs from customers' graphics using established Persona manufacturing processes.
•Complete 3D CAD models and shop drawings for new signage using SolidWorks.
•Manage prototype builds.
•Test new products and designs.
•Onboard and maintain customer specifications for use in all departments.
•Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience
•Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
•SolidWorks experience is a plus.
•Good written and verbal communication skills.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position. Core hours are Monday- Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with varying overtime.
