Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our team! Our office provides a collaborative and fast-paced environment with a focus on ensuring the best possible experience for our clients. As the Litigation Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to be involved in crucial parts of a personal injury case, including discovery, preparing and filing cases, and investigating relevant facts throughout the course of litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with filing cases, motions, and other litigation documents;
• Assist with preparation of discovery, including reviewing drafts with clients and attorneys;
• Assist with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and witness lists;
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests;
• Interview clients and witnesses to gather necessary information for case preparation;
• Manage and track case filing and statutory deadlines;
• Organize and maintain case files and documents
• Organize and schedule meetings, hearings, depositions, mediations and client calls, etc

​Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal or completion of
  paralegal schooling.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access;
• Experienced with Microsoft Outlook and One Drive;
• Prior experience with filing cases in Minnesota;
• Experience with contacting clients or customers by phone on a regular basis;
• Highly organized with strong project management skills to handle multiple cases
  simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
