RN - Registered Nurse

Full-time, permanent employment as a Registered Nurse RN working directly for the State of Washington. Seeking WA licensed RN with a desire to provide quality, compassionate care to patients with psychiatric and physical illnesses.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $132,000 per year. (DOE per state salary grid based on nursing experience)
Shift Differentials: $2.50/hr for swing and nights + $4/hr for weekends.
Part-time also available.

Responsibilities:

• Provides direct nursing care to patients.

• Administers medications and performs skilled, specialized treatments.

• Directs and delegates nursing functions.

• Evaluates the quality of care provided.

• Develops the nursing plan of care.

Skills and Abilities:

• Must be able to communicate and comprehend oral and written forms of communication.

• Knowledge of professional nursing principles and concepts.

• Ability to use treatment techniques in mental health nursing, infection control and emergency response, etc.
