Part-Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer phones and forward incoming calls
- Complete customer-related tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist A/R and A/P as needed including data entry
- Close out cash drawer
- Maintain office supply inventories
- Special projects as assigned
- Perform other general office tasks
Suggested Schedule (may be flexible):
- Monday-Tuesday 8:00am-4:30pm or
- Wednesday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Requirements:
- Searching for a friendly and positive individual who is a good listener and is eager and willing to learn
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferred
- Prior phone experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and general keyboard proficiency required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Prior experience or basic knowledge in A/P and A/R preferred but will train
- Maintain inventory and ordering of supplies (must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.)
