Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities include:

Answer phones and forward incoming calls
Complete customer-related tasks
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Assist A/R and A/P as needed including data entry
Close out cash drawer
Maintain office supply inventories
Special projects as assigned
Perform other general office tasks

Suggested Schedule (may be flexible):

Monday-Tuesday 8:00am-4:30pm or
Wednesday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Requirements:

Searching for a friendly and positive individual who is a good listener and is eager and willing to learn
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferred
Prior phone experience preferred
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and general keyboard proficiency required
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
Prior experience or basic knowledge in A/P and A/R preferred but will train
Maintain inventory and ordering of supplies (must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.)

We are a family owned and operated full service plumbing and heating supply house for commercial contractors and retail customers alike. We currently have nine Ohio locations and are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team in our Chagrin Falls home office.
