Part Time Dental Hygienist

Our practice is dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health through preventive care, education, and personalized treatment plans. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting good oral hygiene practices and delivering excellent patient care. Responsibilities:

• Perform professional dental cleanings and soft tissue management including preventative and periodontal treatments

• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Administer fluoride treatments and apply dental sealants
• Take dental x-rays and intraoral camera pictures
• Assist the dentist with patient examinations and procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans

• Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and strong clinical skills

• Ability to work well independently and be a team player
• Proficiency using Dentrix and Dexis

Requirements:

• NJ RDH license
• BLS certification
