Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Associate Sales Representative at FreezPak Logistics in Minneapolis, MN. The Associate Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, including prospecting new clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, and assisting with sales forecasting and reporting. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet sales targets.

• Prospecting and cold calling to generate leads and set up meetings with potential clients.
• Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand clients' transportation requirements.
• Developing and presenting proposals that address clients' needs and showcase the value of our services.
• Negotiating contracts and terms of agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including warehouse operations and logistics, to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and industry regulations to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the logistics or Transportation is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 0-1 Year of Experience
