Membership Club Manager - Friends in Low Places Bar & Honky Tonk - Sevens Club

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Membership Club Manager to lead the daily operations and drive the membership retention of Sevens Club, the members-only space inside of Broadway’s newest Honky-Tonk -- Friends in Low Places! Reporting directly to the property Assistant General Manager and the Director of Sales and Marketing. This individual will lead operations and ensure activations and membership retention are to the Sevens! As a key leader in our organization, it is crucial that this position maintain a positive workplace culture, ensure high levels of employee engagement and retention, and prioritize the overall guest experience!

Key Responsibilities:

The Membership Club Manager will be responsible for:

  • Supervising, overseeing, and steering daily operations
  • Maintain financial objectives and create ongoing opportunities to drive top line revenues and bottom line profitability
  • Anticipate and accommodate needs of members and ensure a culture of guest accommodation is rampant within the venue
  • Research and develop revenue-generating and “surprise and delight” opportunities that translate into actionable sales service venue and property goals
  • Address member enquiries quickly and efficiently and arranging follow up meetings when necessary.
  • Gather external feedback about the club as it pertains to service, offerings, faces and places. Then crucially, participate in delivering solutions that manage expectations and support constant improvement at all costs
  • Provide input into the research, development, evaluation and implementation of new products, services, technology and processes to ensure competitive position and in anticipation of changing customer needs
  • Manage responsibilities for the departments to include: hiring of new team members, promotions, creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, discipline, recognition, and termination
  • Supervise and monitor guest satisfaction scores/metrics and ensure digital presence and social reviews receive 100% response rate
  • Instill a culture of employee recognition alongside consistent and compassionate leadership
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations
