Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist/Patient Service Representative

This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.

We have an immediate opening for an experienced and dedicated full-time Medical Assistant/Patient Service Representative to join the team in our new office located in the Denver, CO area. The schedule is working Monday through Friday, daytime hours(7:00AM-4:00PM), with occasional weekend/holiday shifts.

Training will be held at our Greenwood Village location.

Pay up to $21 per hour

How You'll Contribute:

We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn't specifically our "job." In general, the Medical Assistant/Patient Service Representative is responsible for:

• High volume of phlebotomy Maintain supplies for the blood drawing stations
• Ensure lab specimens are sent to proper labs
• Document patient care services utilizing daily logs and patient records Utilize the computer in entering labs and printing labels
• Provide high level of customer service to patients
• Schedule appointments, answer phone calls
• Check patients in/out Prescription refills
• Pre-authorizations for medication

What You'll Bring:

The skills and education we need are:

• Must have completed formal MA education/certification
• Strong phlebotomy skills are required
• Extensive knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology and medical billing
• Background in women's health and fertility/IVF experience preferred
• Strong patient orientation and be a team player
• Professionalism and strong customer service skills a must
