Part Time Instructional Technology Assistant
As an Instructional Technology Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting faculty and students in effectively integrating technology into teaching and learning within the university setting. You will provide technical assistance, training, and guidance on the use of instructional technology tools and platforms to enhance the overall educational experience.
Responsibilities:
Course Management:
- Copy Master courses into Live Term Shell courses for each full and sub term
- Create Master Course shells as required
- Verify unpublished courses immediately after the deadline
- Ensure the currency of syllabi, addressing outdated syllabi or those from previous instructors
Reporting:
- Generate and distribute weekly reports for academic and administrative needs related to student attendance
- Generate and distribute weekly reports on faculty engagement in LMS
Course Evaluations:
- Assist in the distribution of end-of-course evaluation inside the LMS
Technical Support:
- Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students as needed, addressing various issues related to instructional technology and online course platforms

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in instructional technology, education, or a related field
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other instructional technologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual skills highly preferred
