Automotive Service Advisor

We're on the lookout for a full-time Automotive Service Advisor to join our Birmingham, AL team at our state-of-the-art facility. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $75,000/year. We also offer amazing benefits such as uniforms, paid vacation, and paid holidays (Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, July 4th). Employees also have the option to purchase a Blue Cross plan as well as Aflac!

WORK SCHEDULE:

Get ready for the fast lane! As a Full-Time Automotive Service Advisor at Auto Whiz, your week will revolve around Monday through Friday, with hours from 7:15 AM to 5:30 PM.

Imagine walking into our welcoming facility each morning, ready to greet customers with a smile and enthusiasm. Your day unfolds with engaging conversations, where you lend an expert ear to customers' vehicle concerns, demonstrating your in-depth knowledge of automobile repair. Leveraging your skills, you'll provide tailored advice, presenting clear repair options and estimates. You'll team up with our skilled technicians to ensure a seamless repair process, communicating transparently with customers. As you guide customers through their repair journey, your exceptional communication skills shine through, making them feel valued and confident in their decisions. Admin tasks? No problem. You'll seamlessly manage appointments and update service records, all while keeping that unmistakable Auto Whiz energy alive.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR:

• Strong working knowledge of automobile repair including oil changes, brake and front-end work, AC repair, tire replacement, and more
• Customer service skills
