Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid Position
Location: Baton Rouge, LA

Focused Staffing Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive behavior analysis services to individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. This is a hybrid position, offering a combination of remote work and on-site visits.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days in person and 2 days remote

In this position, you will have a direct impact in enhancing a child's ability to succeed. The BCBA will provide support in our home and center-based ABA program. Providing supervision to the Behavior Technicians along with supporting the individuals in our program. Completing VB-MAPPs and assessments for new referrals, re-evaluations, and parent training. Developing child specific program books, including activities and data collection as well as behavioral/crisis plans. Supporting the Behavioral Technicians through implementation of the treatment goals, program book, IPOS, behavioral/crisis plans and documentation.

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior support staff.
Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to ensure consistent implementation of strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation and track progress through data analysis.

Qualifications:

BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Louisiana BCBA Licensure
Minimum 1 year of ABA experience
Strong communication skills and ability to analyze data effectively.
Flexibility to travel locally as needed.
